At what time can I Check in?
Check-in is 2.00 pm, and check-out is at 11.00 am

Do I have to send my credit card data to make a reservation?
All reservations must be guaranteed with credit card. We do not charge your credit card, we only hold your credit card number as a guarantee.

Can I cancel a reservation?
Reservations must be canceled 48 hrs. prior to arrival date, in order to avoid a no-show charge of one night's room to your credit card.

Where I can Leave my luggage after checking out?
Upon check-in and after checking out you can leave your luggage at the front desk.

Where can I park my car?
The hotel doesn' t have a private parking, but there is a garage (Garage Giglio) located just 100m away from the hotel and costs Euro 24,00 per day, or if you want a less expensive parking, we have a special agreement with a parking located about 800m away ( Parterre - Piazza della Libertà ) that cost Euro 18,00 per day.

Does the hotel close in the night?
The reception desk is staffed 24 hours a day

Is there any discounts for children?
Children under 3 years old stay free when sharing a room with adults. The hotel also has a crib availability for our jung guests. (free)
